The company works with Inanna to choose which Tier they would like to get their product tested against. Together they work out a transparent and fair price. 

Inanna sends the product(s) to an ISO-accredited laboratory for testing in accordance with our strict standards.

A. The product has passed or exceeded our expectations, woohoo!  We make it known that this company has an excellent product and create a plan for continuous testing (already included in the yearly price).

B. The product failed to meet our standards- no worries. Inanna will help in identifying what the problem ingredient or process was and aid in creating a plan for improving the product for you and your customers. Once you have fixed the issue, come back for retesting.
